About Euroglaze

Established in 1979, Euroglaze are a family business that has gone from strength to strength in recent years.

Just two years after being formed, Alan Nettleton founder of Euroglaze, called the REHAU sales office and the relationship began. Today, Euroglaze are REHAU's longest running customer in the United Kingdom for the Manufacture of uPVC Doors & Manufacture of uPVC Windows.

Since that time, much has changed however the relationship between Euroglaze and REHAU has gone from strength to strength.

The current Managing Director, Martin Nettleton took over the reins of the business in 1999 after spending seven years with global electronics giant Canon. Martin has instigated many positive changes at Euroglaze and has helped to bring the business to the forefront of lean manufacturing techniques, adopting many practices more commonly seen in modern motor manufacturing.

Investment in the very latest technology has seen unrivalled quality brought to every stage of the manufacturing process. The percentage of our products which are rejected internally or externally is now less than 0.3% and we are striving to get this even lower! Investment in our

workforce has also been a key factor in improved performance and quality. Many members of the team have been with the company for more than a decade and all have been trained in Japanese manufacturing practices.

Two members of the management team have recently gained degrees and more members of the team are currently enrolled on educational programmes. This commitment to training has led us to achieve Investors In People status.

All of this means nothing unless it is used to improve the experience of our customers. Euroglaze offer a unique blend of common sense, hard work, experience and customer understanding.
