Yorkshire Productivity Awards
Back at the start of our ‘Lean Journey’ we recognised the importance of training. However training is only a benefit if it’s turned into action withinin the business. In 2004, 2005 and 2006 the company won two prestigious awards that were specifically given to the business which could best demonstrate having implemented the training it had been given.
MAS Exemplar Company
Both the DTI and the Manufacturing Advisory Service have acknowledged the excellence of Euroglaze products and processes. We have been used on a number of occasions as hosts to other manufacturers who wish to learn from our experiences.
We have been used in regional conferences as examples of how to become ‘Lean’ and we are proud to have been given a large feature in the MAS national newsletter.
The company and it’s experiences have even been featured in County-wide advertising aiming to encourage other manufacturers to improve their processes.
