New Business Development Manager

A highly accredited South Yorkshire based company who have been established over 30 years are looking to strengthen their team by appointing a new Business Development Manager to cover England and Wales. You will need to have experience in business development and have experience in implementing consistent sales and marketing process to drive the business forward. As a natural leader, our client is looking for an ambitious individual who aspires to grow the business and their career.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will:

  • Develop new accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities with current accounts
  • Be able to identify and sell the USP’s of the company
  • Have strong customer service skills and be able to listen to a customer’s needs
  • Managing existing accounts
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Review pricing and margins
  • Review and report on monthly management information and trends

It is required that you have:

  • Proven record of accomplishment in sales / account management
  • Have a creative mindset when it comes to developing new business
  • Full Valid UK driving license
  • The ability to take on leadership responsibilities when required
  • Strong relationship building skills

The role will require travel throughout England and Wales with 2 days per week in the office in South Yorkshire.

This is a full time Permanent opportunity for a driven and successful Sales professional.

Sales Order Processor

Working in a fast paced office with immediate start.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, ability to use own initiative, reliable and punctual, minimum of level C in Maths and English, a keen eye for numerical accuracy and detail, good computer skills, and methodical working practices and develop a good understanding of team priorities.

  • Deal with telephone, Web and Email enquiries
  • Be first point of contact for customer queries and know how to escalate where appropriate
  • Understand and explain product range, features and benefits
  • Record enquiry details, update and interactions on CRM system
  • Interpret technical drawings and produce quotes supplier software (training will be given)
  • Prepare and send out product information, quotations and order documentation
  • Make follow up telephone calls in relation to live quotations
  • Deal with queries and amendments
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure that product can be manufactured to time
  • Liaise with customers
  • Provide aftersales service
