Double Birthday Celebrations at Euroglaze!

We’ve had not one, but two milestone birthdays to celebrate at Euroglaze - Katrina turning 30 and Emma turning 50.

And while they both celebrated in very different ways, they certainly made the most of their special birthdays!

Emma’s 50th Birthday Adventure

Our Finance Director Emma Mitchell celebrated by finally accomplishing a lifelong dream - travelling to Malaysian Borneo to see the incredible wild orangutans.

It was a true family adventure, including staying in a traditional village homestay, climbing over 4,000m up Mount Kinabalu, exploring the rainforest and spotting some amazing wildlife along the way.

There were orangutans, proboscis monkeys, saltwater crocodiles and pygmy elephants, as well as the unforgettable experience of seeing mother turtles and their hatchlings on Turtle Island.

Katrina’s 30th Birthday Celebration

Katrina Evans from our Customer Service team chose a rather different approach to celebrating 30 - heading off to Benidorm Festival Week!

There was plenty of partying, dancing, delicious local food and a chance to soak up the local culture — although we suspect the dancing may have featured slightly more heavily than the cultural sightseeing.

Two birthdays, two very different adventures, but both sounding like fantastic ways to celebrate.
