When did you join Euroglaze: I started working in the factory in 2016, moved into the office from 2017 to 18 and then returned to this role in November 2024. I’m a bit like our recycled Rehau profile!

Describe your job in 25 words: No two days are the same (which I love). I help the customers through their buying journey - from quoting to ordering and aftersales. It's a real one stop shop!

How does your job benefit customers: Customer service has always been my passion, so this is the perfect role for me. The team I work with is always helpful and we do everything we can to make buying from Euroglaze a pleasure.

What do you like best about working at Euroglaze: I enjoy the family feel throughout the office and factory. There's a great vibe here - and all our customers are lovely to deal with.

What's your passion outside of work: Going on hikes with my little family

Tell us something surprising that your colleagues might not know about you: That I played the cello for years.
