When did you join Euroglaze? 2011

Describe your job in 25 words: I follow up all the new enquiries we get in from potential customers, raising quotes for them and ensuring they have a single point of contact throughout.

How does your job benefit customers? I’m focused on giving every customer a friendly and positive experience when they buy from Euroglaze, which means getting quotes back quickly and making sure I know the answers to their questions.

What do you like best about working at Euroglaze? No two days are ever the same, and that’s partly down to the fact that this is a business which is constantly looking for new ways to improve, which I love. What’s your passion outside of work? It might sound boring, but I’m currently hooked on completing jigsaw puzzles – I like to think it’s because I enjoy the process of putting all the pieces together to make something great.

Tell us something surprising that your colleagues might not know about you? I once went to one of Queen Elizabeth’s famous Buckingham Palace garden parties. Sadly, there were so many people lining her processing around the garden that I didn’t actually get to meet her, but I did spot her hat bobbing along in the distance!
