Slight Operational Disruption, COVID Self-Isolation - Factory and Supplier Issues

We are currently experiencing significant increases in team members being required to self-isolate due to contact via the NHS Covid-19 Trace App along side having supplier issues and the new factory work being done.
Please be reassured we are working extremely hard and putting in additional provisions (sure as shifts etc ) where required and we will remain to be open and transparent about situations as they arise and as always we will continue to keep everyone informed.
We would kindly ask that you continue to show your support for this under challenging conditions as we want to manage customer expectations so please allow for a longer lead time on orders placed
