Important Hardware Information Update

We have had a significant amount of customers requesting we return to the Fab & Fix handle. You guys spoke and we listened - as a consequence we are now offering all Fab & Fix handles with a small surcharge, alongside the Avocet handles. This means you can offer your customers a wider range of products to suit their needs.

The Fab & Fix range will be available from 1st Feb 2019 but all accounts will be updated by 31st Jan 2019. Rosie will be in touch to arrange a suitable time to log on to your system to make the appropriate changes.

In addition to this we have discovered that, some remote accounts customers due to an error have not been charged in the past for Gold, Chrome, Silver and Bronze door handles. This error will also be corrected with immediate effect. If you require any further information please do not hesitate to give one of our team a call.
