Job Title: Finance Director

When did you join Euroglaze? 2017.

Describe your job in 25 words: I’m responsible for the company’s long-term financial health and growth, setting budgets and providing financial analysis, as well as heading up our administrative function. Working closely with the Managing Director and Operations Director, I contribute to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision making whenever appropriate.

How does your job benefit customers? I am always looking for ways to improve and streamline customer processes and invest in efficient, cost-effective new systems. I also get involved with introducing new products which give our customers new business opportunities.

What do you like best about working at Euroglaze? From senior management to apprentices, everyone here has the company’s best interests at heart. We all know that we have own important part to play in the success of Euroglaze.

What’s your passion outside of work? My family.

Tell us something surprising that your colleagues might not know about you: I’m an indie rock and roll girl and love going to festivals and gigs with my husband and daughters.
