When did you join Euroglaze? 2014

Describe your job in 25 words: I’m responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the department, with two despatch operatives, three drivers and other agency drivers when required. I also keep all our vehicles on the road and fully VOSA compliant.

How does your job benefit customers? Our advanced DS delivery technology system scans every frame and ancillary on and off our vehicles and ensures that every order is accurate and complete when it arrives with our customers.

What do you like best about working at Euroglaze? Euroglaze is a close knit, family orientated place to work, with lots of opportunities for career development if you put the work and effort in. I’ve had VOSA, CPC and management training during my time here.

What’s your passion outside of work? Aside from my two beautiful daughters and my wonderful grandchildren Thomas and Grace, it’s the mighty Liverpool FC who I go to watch as often as possible.

Tell us something surprising that your colleagues might not know about you? I was in the army from the age of 18 to 23 and learnt to box while I was a soldier.
